Pumpkin Carving Contest!!!

***Pumpkins are not provided, bring your real pumpkin already carved from home***

If your family would like to participate in either the Trunk or Treat and/or the Pumpkin Carving contests, please RSVP by the date noted above, spaces are limited, and will fill up quickly.

Class T-Shirts

We will be ordering class t-shirts this school year. We have a new design this year.  It will say Property of Parr Patriots and have the year and grade on it. Each class will have a different color shirt that is selected by their teacher.

Students will be wearing them for multiple events this year such as Field Day, Field Trip, and every Monday for “Class Shirt Day”. Parents and grandparents are welcome to purchase shirts.  Student shirts for Kinder thru 4th grades will be $5.50 and parent/teacher/staff shirts are $6.50 ($7 for 2XL).  Student shirts for 5th grade will be $7.25 and parent/teacher/staff shirts are $8 ($10 for 2XL).

 

Please complete bottom portion of the sheets attached below and return with cash/check to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, October 8th.

 

Remember when ordering:

  • If you have multiple children at Parr, please place a separate order for each child with his/her own homeroom teacher.
  • Cash or check are accepted.
  • Checks should be made out to Ralph Parr PTA & must include a phone number.
  • Shirts should arrive by October 22nd.

Vendor Craft Fair

Save the Date! Saturday, December 13th, 2014

Parr PTA is looking for Vendors for our Craft fair during our Winter Wonderland event! If you have a craft or items to sell please contact fundraising@parrpta.org to secure a booth! Booth spaces are $45 for a 8’x10’ indoor booth. Only one booth per business will be allowed. All booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of fee payment. Deadline is December 5th.

We can’t wait to see all of your crafty items!

Book Fair is open Tuesday night 5:00-7:00 PM
3rd grade choir concert starts at 7:00 PM

*The Book Fair will also be open on Friday, October 10th and Monday, October 20ththrough Friday, October 24th.

**Don’t forget kids and teachers can download the Scholastic Book Fair app and use it to make wish lists.

***Bookfair hours, preview, and online shopping starts early on October 10th and is available on the library Symbaloo.
